The Little Cottolengo

The Don Orione Institute directs the Little Cottolengo in San Rafael Montalban, a centre 10 km from Payatas, the former landfill, and 50 km from Manila.
Resident families often do not have the resources to take care of children with disabilities: in the centre, the children are cared for and they receive motor rehabilitation through the support of Need You International.
For 550 € a month, all children can have one hour of rehabilitation a day.
At the moment, the Cottolengo welcomes children spanning from 3 to 15 years old, many of whom have been abandoned by their families.
Need You International also supported the renovations of the Little Cottolengo with new murales, beds, and mosquito nets.
