Each of us comes from different personal and professional backgrounds, yet we share long-standing experiences in volunteering—both on the ground and in administrative and organisational roles—working alongside European volunteer and non-profit organisations. These experiences have shaped our perspective and strengthened our belief in the power of meaningful, well-structured, and compassionate action.
